Leadership Institute - Executive Leadership & Management
NABA, Inc. is excited to offer Convention attendees many engaging and informative seminars, panels, and CPE's during our 2012 Annual National Convention & EXPO in Phoenix, AZ including our Leadership Institute. The Leadership Institute is organized into two tracks: Executive and Management. For a nominal cost in addition to standard registration fees, qualifying Convention attendees can participate in seminars to enhance their current skill set and assist them with growing in their respective fields. Please be sure to consider the requirements below before registering for the Leadership Institute.
The Leadership Institute includes interactive classroom instruction which arms professionals with the tools
necessary to reach the next level in their career path. With two tracks – one for Executives and one for Managers, these sessions will provide cutting-edge information that is timely, relevant, thought-provoking, and insightful.

A one and a half day program that provides senior managers aspiring to the C-suite and those executives that are already there with the essential skills necessary to be successful in using a broad range of competencies. These sessions will provide cutting-edge information that is timely, relevant, thought-provoking and insightful. Case-studies will provide a basis by which to learn these skills.

Participants must have 10 or more years of work and/or management experience with the last 2 in a senior level management position. These sessions are meant for executives and those aspiring to the executive level.

This program equips mid-level managers with the tools that will enhance their ability to motivate others, streamline processes and influence colleagues to make the best business decisions.

Participants must have 7+ years of work and a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience. These sessions are meant for those aspiring to senior level management.
